    A question for my next cycle

    Hey guys I just joined a while ago but I've been reading this forum and others for years now. I used to post in another forum but decided to switch.
    Stats
    26
    lifting 8 years 5'9 196lbs
    3800 cal a day
    clean diet except for Sundays
    4 cycles under my belt

    Just in my off period after pct
    last cycle was
    test cyp/deca
    500/week test / 400/week deca

    I really liked this cycle the deca was great really enjoyed no prog sides at all had prami but didn't need it. Strength was great and my muscle tone and density sky rocketed. Kept most of my gains as well my question is for my next cycle I'm thinking

    test prop/tren ace
    100mg of each eod for 10 weeks
    the question is I have 2 extra bottles of deca kicking around dosed at 300mg/ml I was thinking of throwing it in

    Opinions for or against would be appreciated

    What is your BF%?

    What were your 4 previous cycles? And what were your gains from them (stats before and after)?

    And the diet..... sigh.... haha, ok, what does it look like?

    If your goals are to receive gains with minimal water then set the Deca aside to collect some dust.

    My bf is 12-13 percent

    I started out at 145lbs.. Then misinformed did a m1t cycle got to 165lbs after dropped to 158lbs. Got my shit together and got to 170lbs natural then I stalled. It was my diet but again I was ignorant and still ran a cycle of test e. Got to 185 after pct I was 179lbs. Then I started to read more and research and did a test prop/var cycle as I was cutting bf. Got to 185lbs and dropped down to 12%. kept it solid at 185lbs for a year then I ran test cyp/deca 14 weeks got to 204lbs kept most currently sitting at 196lbs.

    Diet

    1. 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs 1-1/4 steel cut oatmeal

    2. 2 cans tuna with light mayo on 2 slices no flour 12 grain bread

    3. 10 oz turkey with mixed veggIes

    4. 2 scoops whey with 1 litre skim milk

    workout

    5. 2 scoops whey with 1 litre skim milk

    6. Lean cut steak with 2 sweet potatoes

    7. 2 cups non fat cottage cheese 1/4 almonds

    1–12 Test P @ 150mgs EOD
    1–10 Tren A @ 100mgs EOD
    AI/Prolactin Antagonizer on hand
    HCG is optional.
    PCT 3 days after last pin.
