    Slingshot training

    Is slingshot training effective without steroids im intrested but im not going to take steroids

    I utilize slingshot training and love it. Ronnie touts that it is very effective whether on or off steroids.

    Yes SlingShot Training is effective on or off steroids. Steroids only add to how much mass/strength you gain doing SlingShot Training

    slingshot is an awesome training method... yes off steroids as well

    Swapping and changing your routine around will help drasticly your development

    iv read the whole article and i got bits but it's quite detailed would anyone be kind enough to explain what i would do (i dont take steroids) what i think is 8 weeks of intense training then 2 weeks of the same but with half the sets?

    Im no expert in Slingshot training but it seems its a regular 5 day split with a 2 week deload every 8 weeks.

    thats pretty much how i understood it.. but remember to reduce protien intaker on the deload as well.. go from 1.5-2 g per lb of protien durring load.. to .5g-1g durring deload so your body gets more efficeint at protien conversion when you go back to loading

    Ah so it's like training hard for 8weeks good diet good training and exercises all this for 8 weeks then for 2 weeks half everything give your body some down time then when you shoot back up your body get's shocked and react's and makes new growth?

    LOL to be honest I was overwhelmed when I saw that he had this 15 page post explaining it, then when I investigated thats all it is. WTF WAS HE TALKING ABOUT FOR THE OTHER 14 pages??
