hmm.. so no one replied to my clen questions so i'm giving it a go. shakin a bit, sweating a bit, all the usual stuff..
as i was concerned might occur, i am both really hungry and sleepy!! does anyone else get this effect on clen? any suggestions on avoiding it?

no lifting exp, been doing various training for 5 years
currently i am coming back from a back injury so i am only doing light cardio (walking, cycling, swimming, very occasionally jogging) and body weight resistance exercises.
i'm eating pretty well but i dont have a kitchen (rented room only) so lots of salads n unprocessed foods while trying to keep both the carbs n fat down, have def been getting some results so far..
