Who makes the best Vitamin C?

I cant find the study right now, but a group did a study on multi vitamins and their effectiveness, the study found that 90% of multi vitamins on the market have a 5-20% absorption rate, very poor, I need to pick up some vitamin C with excellent absorption rates, any suggestions?

Isotonics from market American is in powder form
cap full in 2oz water then take the dose. It has
The best absorption rate bc its already the same
fluid pressure as body fluid. It's in your system in 10min.
Pills are crap buy powder form.

usually, when one pays for better absorbtion rates, the offsetting cost is more than the incremental benefit. Usually better if you need more C to just take more C, or just take a second time of the day. But since C is so cheap, not sure why this would be an issue?

That's almost like asking who sells the best quality bottled water

during a few cycles of OTC roids that i ran (M1T & SD), lethargy was a HUGE issue for me

megadosing ester vitamin c eliminated that side effect for me...I found my sweet spot @ 9-10grams/day

I used NOW brand ester vit C

Ester C is the best. It contains natural plant flavonoids that increase the absorption and longevity of the vitamin c.
