I have a very well developed chest and I never do flys. I do 4 sets of Barbell Flat and Barbell incline then do 2sets of dumbell flat and dumbell incline. By doing both barbell and dumbell i get a better range of motion and work different muscle fibers. Also when doing dumbbells I bring them pretty close together which is a similiar motion to flys.
Am i the only one who doesnt do flysor decline? Are they really needed?
