IMO, the second you become satisifed, you get lazy, and more than likely start slacking off. Thats how it is with me honestly, I get to a point where im at a heavy weight I like with a small waist and I like how I look in the mirror and then BAM... I start skipping days in the gym, eating fast food, stop supplements, ect. You could say ive been IN shape 7 different times if that makes sense. I get in shape then slack off and Im out ect, ect. Its good to never like how you look (to a point) so you never slack or give up.
