    bulking

    when is the best time of day to bulk train? train in the morning feed your body all day

    last thing at night, have a big feed and then sleep and rest your body?

    problem with training in the mornig is that after a heavey sesh at the gym you should be resting the body(cant rest got work). and at night time after the gym they is a long period of time with no fuel in the body.
    i cant train at midday only time is 6am or 8pm what time would you guys train

    it doesnt matter, as long as your diet is keyed in, the margins are small

    as far as i am aware they is bulking and stripping

    bulking-put on as much muscle mass as possible

    stripping-train light to strip of the acess fat you gained due to bulking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    When are your energy levels higher? I've personally found that I am stronger in the evenings, after four meals and a pre-workout drink. I always hated bench press contests that started at 8 am after I've been training evenings for years. Also depends on when your partner can show up, having a partner is pretty important for mass building, which requires heavier lifting. And, are you an introvert or an extrovert? I get jacked up when the gym is full and people are watching me, it makes me 10% stronger on all my lifts and I'll do extra sets and reps, but if I go in the morning and I'm alone there with elevator music playing I'll be hard pressed to even finish my workout. My brother, on the other hand, gets so nervous lifting with people watching that he loses 20% or more on his lifts. Lots of factors to consider.

    Agreed. I used to train in the morning about 1 hour after breakfast. It usually sucked.
    Switched to midafternoons, and sometimes evenings, and now every workout is insane and I can savor every single moment.

    I train at 5am.

    Wouldn't have it any other way.

    Still don't know what the hell bulk training is or why that makes any bit of difference.

    And your conception of training 'light' when 'stripping' which I assume means 'dieting' is completely off base.

    research says between 12-2pm. But most normal peeps cant do this...I know I can't...I gotta do 5am!
