Hello. Brand new to the site. Ive done alot of reading. Gained some and some stuff just flew way over my head.
Basically im on here to get advice and for people to help me get to where i want to be. I really did try and find some places on here where the questions i have have already been answered but really couldnt find anything. So im going to start a new thread.
Im 5'9 and weigh anywhere from 160 to 165. About 1-2 months ago i weighed roughly anywhere from 180-185. So ive proved to myself that i can do it. But now im at a point where i dont know anything. I have every question you can think of. What to eat? What to take? What to do? How to do it? When to sleep? I mean i want to know every single little thing i can to be where i want.
Basically where i want to be is just in very good shape. Not body builder size. I want the 6 pack, nice chest, arms, back, legs, everything. Not freakish or anything. I guess people usally call it the "beach body". Thats basically it. So if you can help me in anyway, shape, or form that would be great. Thanks. Tim
