Second cycle:test cyp 400mgs deca 400 mgs a week for 10 weeks PCT Nolva 20 mgs a day

run the var with 500mg of test. you may want to look at adding clomid to your pct, nolva on its own isnt sufficant

Most will recover just fine with Nolva. Adding Clomid just speed up the process and can only help.
