    What to take for a beginners

    Hey guys new here, I'm looking to start some type of cycle but dont know what, ok about me im 32 @ 153 5 11- I know thats why I'm trying to jump start something, yes I eat alot pastas and chickens, i do lift I'm strong some look at me and dont get where all the strength comes from, I just cant bulk, so I want to try a pill form of something and from.the looks of it dbol is not a good one, so is it more of a winny for me? Please let me know thanks

    Eat some more pastas and chickens. Steroids aren't the answer if ur 153lb 5'11"

    ^^^ Agreed. Pastas and chickens (possibly whole) would be best for you. You could put on about 40lbs in a year or two just by learning how to eat.

    post your diet in the diet section and the guys will give you a hand.. if you can't get past 153 natty then you have no hope of maintaining or growing with steroids.

    You need to re-design your diet, head over to the diet section and ask for help in gaining weight, you will also need to post your diet when asking for advice, best of luck

    i know u dont want to hear it...but u rnt eating enough... u think u may be eating alot of pasta and meat and such..but u rnt

    heed the advice and ur gains will be much better i promise u

    Alright guys you might be right, any tips on a eating plan, i rather be smart about this then go the wrong route
    I also heard that I should be eating something every 2 hours cause I burn everything so fast, maybe I'm just lacking the knowledge any tips would be good thanks

    Would be good to eat every 2-3 hours if you can. If you dont have a diet now try writting down everthing you eat and what time you eat for the next 3 days and post it and we'll help you out. There are lots of bulking diet examples to look at in the diet section in the mean time
