    oh i heard that it was legal and for pregnancy and such.. i guess its off to the searches again.. any suggestions?

    It is not a scheduled drug but it is not Over The Counter either. It requires a prescription to purchase it in the states (unless you are dealing with someone operating an illegal operation) like penicillin does.
