Hello everyone! I just recently joined today, and I'm full of questions that hopefully you guys can inform me about. I'm 21 years old, a hight of 6'2, and I weigh in at 195. My diet it cut and clean for a weight gainer. I have about 6-8 big meals a day (consists of c-carbs, pasta, bread, and meat.), along with my two weight gainer protein shakes. I'm wanting to bodybuild professionaly, but I have to go the extra mile and try and bulk up as much as possible. Could you guys recommend some good products? If you want, you can PM me as well.
