Ive done many different protocols and dosages some have been high dose and others have been low, I made great gains using the shorter cycle protocols weather that was high dose or moderate, infact I would say this type of cycling was the best by far for me personally. In many cases you don't really have to use a high dose but using compounds what you respond to and understanding and implementing a pre-cycle prime will enrich and create a huge platform for muscles tissue gains to rapidly progress while "on" cycle, I cant express this enough by implementing a pre cycle prime you will have tremendous gains, ive used this method and totally transformed my whole physique. I preferred shorter cycles because you didn't have the same sides and you can quickly recover and if done correctly you can experience the same or better gains than any longer cycle can ever achieve IMHO.
Ive also done many longer cycles and this is when sides started to appear the increased RBC's,high BP,estrogen related sides, wacked libido and hard recovery were some of the sides ive experienced, you also have to take in consideration maintaining all these gains while going through a hard recovery, longer cycles doesn't always mean bigger or more gains not in the long run anyway and that's what many guys don't understand, if longer cycles really worked we would all be 500lbs+ at 5% bf.
You can achieve amazing things if you understand how your grow and if you implement the correct procedures, I was just a skinny guy before I started training and I mean skinny ( I will post a picture if your interested) and it was me being dedicated and motivated over the years and being consistent with a bodybuilding lifestyle what built what you can see.
