    Deca for knee recovery

    Hey everyone,

i'm not a bodybuilder. Not trying to put on any mass. Most of my life I've been more in to cardio (running, boxing, etc) than lifting weights. I'm 35 and starting to feel it, lol. just had a meniscectomy done on my knee. my other knee is kinda weird 2...I'm wondering if 200mg of deca per week can help. I know everybody is gonna say "u gotta do test at least 500mg per week"...a man naturally produces not more than just a 100mg per week. Y do we need to replace it with 500? I read on a medical website that therapeutic deca dose is up to 200/week (approved by FDA). I also read on different boards that 200mg of deca a week is good enough for joints (not for mass of course). I have real pharma grade dostinex, hcg, and clomid. So if I just do Deca 200mg a week for 8-12 weeks without throwing in test and taking dostinex (throughout the whole cycle) and doing hcg/clomid for pct, what r the chances of a severe shutdown and getting that flipping deca dick? Pls keep in mind I'm not a bodybuilder, not trying to put on weight. I'm doing it to recover my knee(s) so I can run again and do other stuff. Thanks everyone!

My recommendation is that if you are not going to be using steroids long term, you are better off not using them. Seeing as you want it for recovery only, you will find much better results by using gh, igf-1. These will not damage your system, or need pct, and will work better. I have used 400mg deca and 600mg eq a week for 8 weeks (with test of course) for my knee and help with tendonitis, and it did not work as well as I hoped it would. I am starting an lr3-igf1/CJC-1295/Ghrp-6 combo next week, and will be able to comment on how well it worked. You should look into it.

I have found Deca to be beneficial to my knees over the long term. That coupled with intelligent training to build the muscle around the joint gives me the best results. You MUST strengthen the area to get a reduction in pain. Deca gives me enough relief to actually work the muscles and create some hypertrophy in the area. Especially the vastus medialis, that muscle is key to stabilization and proper tracking of the joint. 400mg is the area I start to feel Deca work and I don't really believe in going over 600mg. Tendonitis sucks!!! My issues are more cartilage related, but I have used deca for bicep tendonitis and gotten relief, but it still means backing off and doing exercises that don't cause pain to the area.

Thx everyone for you input. I really appreciate it. Is it a realistic goal to find legit human or vet grade Deca now? it just seems that there is so much crap and fakes out there...I have to bottles of deca that has watson name on it, lol. Watson stopped making it 3 or 4 years ago...obviously it's a ugl but i have no flipping idea what's in it. may be u guys could take a look at it? x2 on the former runner bit

    keep it simple

5 grams MSM daily forever.... three weeks or so until you will notice a difference

I just went through a series of HA injections in both knees.... much improvement -you should consider

you can also purchase HA and take orally, get it in bulk off the internet
