If I thought I saw someone waving a gun arond I would definately report it. I agree most of the time we need to mind our own business, but I am surprised they took the guy into custody. They didn't find a weapon when he got out so it should have been a done deal.
They guy did the right thing by cooperating.

Honestly with all the shootings, etc, and the way the media hypes them up, I'm actually surprised we don't hear more of this kind of thing.
