Still battling with this off day...I will post my workout soon I hope but I am still wondering if its okay to do cardio and perhaps abs on your off day. I am notorious offender of overtraining in fact I once went 37 days without a day off so I am trying to break that addiction. I am doing a two on and one off routine and doing absolutely nothing on my off day. I include cardio on the lifting days but have a hard time fitting everything in and often run out of steam before I get my abs done. So I am looking for alternatives...
