On my cardio days i train on a supplement by anabolic extreme cauled stimulant x... its supose to be a fat burning pill... it raises my heart rate and makes me look leaner balieve it or not for a few hours... dont know how that happens but it does :S anyone shed any light on this... but my main question is should i keep my max heart rate to 70% or make it higher? verry confused on the right speed to have my beat but thanks to a few people been pointed in the right direction. thanks for your help.
