Hey guys im a new member here. Tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus in my right knee. It took me almost 2 years walk right after the surgery and while i have completely gotten my strength and balance back Ive never been able to regain my explosion. Was a decent wrestler out of highschool but got a sponsorship for boarding then blew out my knee in training. Been getting back into grappling and want to make a comeback.
For the most part I have recovered but I just dont have the explosion nor the aggression I used to have. Been training pretty hard the last year but nothing seems to work. Looking to use some juice to get back in the game. Not looking to gain weight as I put it on very easily. lost about 10 inches on my vert that doesnt seem to be coming back. Also, while I eat about 5 times a day or the most part healthy Im not a huge eater nor can I drink a lot of protein as it makes me slow and lethargic.
Any advice to a total novice?? Which type of roids should i look into?? any help and/or advice would be appriciated
