Hi all,
Looking for advice /suggestions on anything I type.I have never done a cycle, but I have made the choice to do one. I have been training for 4 years.I am 185lbs,and 6 feet tall.Not sure about body fat. When I started training I was 160lbs, the body building life style has been very good to me I believe.I am 30 years old and want to take it to the next level.From the research I have done I am planning my cycle as such:
500mgs Test-C weeks 1-10
40mgs Dianabol weeks 1-4
two weeks after last injection start PCT:
4 weeks
clomid 300(for one day,then 50)/50/50/50
nolvadex 40/20/20/20
I am still working on my diet plan. I work alot and have a big family so I have to pre-make alot of meals and remain cost effective. I have seen some awsome diet plans on these forums to work with.
Any feed back is welcome.
