First Cycle starts soon - Lookin for opinions :unsure:
Want to ensure the stack below adds some muscle on my frame.
Goal – Lean weight gain – 12-15lbs
Stats – 30 years, 155lb, 8% BF, training hard for ten years. Training on a Mentzer Heavy Duty type program at the moment. 2800 calories consumed per day.
:lift: First Cycle:
Dbol – 25mg/day Weeks 1-4
Deca - 200mg/week Weeks 1-10
Test Prop - 100mg/Mon., Wed., Fri. Weeks 7-13
Clomid Week 14 – 300mg/day 1, 100mg/days 2-11, 50mg/days 11-21 (Is Clomid generally a 50mg tab? I read it was a 5mg tab but that sounded wrong, especially if 300mg are needed day #1)
Nolva – start 20mg/day weeks 3-8, then 10mg/day weeks 8-13 (I’m prone to gyno)
Questions –
1. I know the 200mg/week of Deca is low. I can shorten the Deca to 8 weeks and increase the dosage to about 250mg/week
2. I can do the Test Prop Weeks 5 - 11, but then when should I start the Clomid with the Deca and Test (3 weeks after Deca, or three days after Test?)
3. Any other mistakes in there?
