i used to hear all my friends doing chest/tris, back/bis, legs/back, things like that but ive been hearing to do things like chest/bis and stuff like that where the muscles arent all teh same for every workout so you dont over work and cuz a better pump and all that? idk im thinking about switchin up my routine cuz i dont get as sore as i used to im jw what you guys do so i can look into some new successful routines
