Got a exercise ball and a #35 kettlebell for home workouts.
Its a ballbreaking workout for those of us who cant always make it to the gym.
Anyone know any good kettlebell exercises?

Turkish getups...google it, I guarantee you'll hate me in the morning...LOL!!!!
I prefer tacobell over kettlebell but to each his own....![]()
I bought a kettlebell last year. Used it for a couple of weeks then returned it. Just wasn't for me. Thomas Jane swears by them and says if it wasn't for kettlebells he would never have been in the shape he was for "The Punisher."
Go on utube and look up kbellqueen, she does a turkish get up with a 50 pound bell ,almost half her weight!
And she is a little hottie.Boiiing
people do them with barbells too

I do them as my part of my cardio/core strengthening program (about twice a month). They are fun, C'MON GUYS!!! LOL!!!
^^^ Haz and myself use to do that all the time. Then he decided "oh , now i want to work on my marriage." *puke

^^^ You didn't happen to get his number did you ? Just curious....
hahaha. Great one DSM.
Search "enter the kettlebell" by pavel tsatsouline for some great info. Also check out "Viking warrior conditioning" by some other dude it's a mad vo2 max workout.
I just wanted to add that I am very happy you called it a kettlebell... Im really quite sick of hearing all those "fad workout" guru's talk about how their NEW REVOLUTIONARY workout involves kettleballs and its so more advanced than a regular workout, like they're leaps and bounds ahead of every other person who trains
Some of the workout ads on tv like kettle worx, claim that you can burn calories much faster with a high intensity kettlebell workout.20 minutes equals 45 min on a treadmill.
I actually find it to be quite possible!
It sounds a bit more fun, too. I've been slacking on my cardio big time. I get bored with it easily.
