Ok guys just a question.... Is this a decent course
My deca is 100mg/ml test 300mg/ml
Ok so thinking of running 1.5 ml of deca on monday and friday plus .6 ml of test monday wednesday and friday so over all 300 mg of deca and 540 of test each week..... Is this a good level for strength amd muscle goals....
Any advice as im currantly running this 1ml of deca mon fri amd .6 test mon wed fri but not gettin enough deca im thinking???
