If you get pharma grade youll like that doseage. I find with pharma the sweet spot is 2-4ius ive experimented with different dosages and find for benefit/cost effectivness that dose is the best but i guess everyone is different and im also only 31.

Pharma grade much much better. I blasted 8 ius a day for two weeks in Thailand and it shredded me up. I used the blue tops a few years ago a for well over a year at 5 ius a day and never saw results like I did in Thailand.
