    Smile toning while losing

    i wanna tone while i lose weight so that when i have lost the weight i won't look flabby ....so i was told to take less weights and do more reps so i burn the fat but won't picking up heavy weights and doing less reps build muscle and burn the fat ... the last time i checked my body fat percentage it was 33% i lost about 5 kgs i am 20 years old , and i am on a high protein diet ... so can anybody help with a exercise that will help me tone and burn fat at the same time?

    tuesdays back ,abs, hips
    ,
    wednesday chest, abs, hips

    thursday shoulders ,abs ,hips

    fridays legs and arms again ,abs ,hips

    I am no expert on female training but that appears to be too much abs/hips training for sure every day is over kill. What type of cardio are you doing?

    i do hips and abs every day cause my abdominal section is the most i am worried about ..i do about 20 mins bicycle and 45 mins swimming

    Even if you think it is a problem area working it out every day is not the solution. Do you do squats?

    i do 60 squats on fridays for my leg work outs

    The squats are good, are you changing up your routine or do you do the same exercises?

    no i been doing the same thing over and over cause i have been burning the fat

    my real concern is looking flabby when the weight is off

    Yeah I know skin can tighten up over time, but I think also changing up the routine would help as well just try diffrent exercises that target the same muscle groups. I`m not sure what else can be done in regards to the loose skin I think time is the key there I know I personally have tightened up alot over time.

    also chest exercise .. i am also wanna firm my chest up but without losing to much weight so i am not flat chested .. will chest exercise flatin my boobs or lift them a bit

    its not the exersises that will make your chest smaller but the loosing of the weight cus breasts have a good deal of fat in them imho...if anything chest exersises will build up muscle behind the breast and actually make them look possibly bigger specialy upper chest exercises like incline bench press...im no expert at this but its done well for my wife...good luck...

    Just a pointer here and this goes for everyone, you can't spot reduce fat. Doing abs every day i the hope of reducing abdominal fat is never going to work, you'd be much better off using the treadmill or cross trainer imo...
