i wanna tone while i lose weight so that when i have lost the weight i won't look flabby ....so i was told to take less weights and do more reps so i burn the fat but won't picking up heavy weights and doing less reps build muscle and burn the fat ... the last time i checked my body fat percentage it was 33% i lost about 5 kgs i am 20 years old , and i am on a high protein diet ... so can anybody help with a exercise that will help me tone and burn fat at the same time?
