Hey just wanted to get your guys opinion on current cycle im 6"2 215 17% bf
first cycle im doing 500 mg test cyp and 500 mg deca a week
im about 3 weeks into it am just starting to take arimidex planning on running this cycle 16 weeks going to cut the deca six weeks before the end n replace it with winstrol to cut any suggestions?

i would half the dosages if its your first cycle, no need for 1 gram a week
