So i finally picked up some ephedrine and now don't know what to do (sigh).
I got the 25mg's per tab...and wanted to know how to stack it with Aspirin and Caffeine for optimum fat burning results.
Anyone doing this?

150-400mg caffeine based on your tolerance - I'd start low and work my way up.
Aspirin..I haven't done it with aspirin, but then again I just pick up the old school fat burners with ephedrine and caffeine already in them.
I have read the magic ratio is 1:10 E to C and as far as Aspirin I have read a normal sized aspirin (325mg.) or a baby aspirin(80mg.) and some some you don't need it. I would start with the minimal, and what works best for you.
Nutrasport who pattented the original ECA stack (that being the reason why other companies used ma huang, guarana and white willow extract) puts the stack at 20mg of ephedrine 200mg caffine, 325mg asprin. I see caffine pills sold all the time at 200mg so thats easy to find, then a standard asprin and 20mg of ephedrine.

2- How many doses a day of each?
3- At what time would you suggest i stop the Caffeine?

You dont need the aspirin its not needed, you need to check your tolerence on the product usually you take it 3 times per day with 200mg of cafeine.
that is 1 25mg pill with a 200mg pill 3 times per day, but start with once to see how you feel. I posted a link about ephedrine a while back on this board search for it very good read.
ephedrine 25mg
caffeine 200mg
asprin 81 mg (baby asprin)
Take this 2-3 times a day, splitting the dose up evenly. Make sure not to take it to late the evening as it can effect sleeping.

Once in the morning. Second in the early-mid afternoon (so you can still sleep at night)
