    What would you do?

    Starve or eat a bowl of instant noodles that is loaded with sodium?

    (sitting in my office, can't leave for at least another 1.5 hrs. Only thing to eat)

    I stared this thread as I was filling up the bowl with hot water

    I read the side and it said 2000mg of sodium and I was like "fuk thats alot of salt"
