Judging from pictures from sites , regarding body fat estimation, i'd say i am around 15% +/- ( or at least that's what i'm hoping for).
Never did any measurements or something and i'm curious to know where i'm standing at atm.

Id guess 12-13%
I'll go with 11-12% looking good, height and weight.
Id say 13-14% as well. only cause the tear drop isn't that noticable on the legs
i'm leaning towards 11% looking swole broski
Stats 5' 4" height 150 lbs , 2 years experience. Ye small family considering i'm the tallest lol.
Legs should be (are) my weakest part, considering i've started training them just 6 months ago. Till then i was one of the guyz who went in gym only for the upper body.
Anyway long way to go untill i come closer to my genetic potential, much work to do.
i would say less then wht other guys are saying. closer to 10%. ur abs are coming through pretty well so i wuld say 12% max. definately not 15% like u said.

i would also say ten. you have no sides and your abs are BAM. chest looks hard and so does arms. great bod, keep it up
