Looking pretty awesome since he started working with Hany Rambod though. you wouldnt even know that he nearly died in a car crash a year ago the way he looked!

Yup Frank is back on stage and he is heading towards olympia ,because he placed in top 3 at Tampa pro. Also he is working with Hany.

i dunno i think he looks pretty shocking. i have seen heaps of photo of him and these look to be the worst. if seth was to beat him lol sorry couldnt type that with a laughing. but point is he looks a bit of. why is it that everyone in ifbb looks terrible besides the main 5(phil kai cutler pac wolf)
