Heyy guys
Im 20 Years old (male)
Weigh 9 stone
and i'm around 5 foot 10 in height
I started gym recently and a friend suggested that I should take HGH because I want to gain a bit of weight and then turn it into muscle
He also suggested oxys and dyna ball steroids
I don't know much about this stuff so I want some info on what I should do :P
If taking the stuff mentioned above is a bad idea, what should I do to gain some weight and turn it into lean muscle
Protein shake?
