    It's "one" way to do it but far from the only way. I know several people who do little or no cardio and maintain single digit bf%.

    Genetics is a key factor, but for me genetics won't help me out, need to do cardio no matter what.

    thanks for the answers guy just wanted to make sure. Dont wanna burn any hard earned muscle!
