    Simple: the 1-hormone kit only lets you choose 1 hormone to test for. The 4-hormone alows you to pick 4 of them.
    Just get the 1-hormone test and select free testosterone (unless you want to pay the extra $80 for the other stuff).

    I can't can't believe I even had to explain that... lol
