If you throw all common sense out the window, then yes.
A modest caloric deficit (IE: 500-700cals below TDEE or "maintenance), combined with sensible and consistent diet/nutrition/rest is the best way to lose fat.
I've cut using clen, EC, and no aids before. While clen did expedite my results a little bit, I won't be using it again. All I need (at my stage) is diet, exercise, consistency, and hard work. There is no subsitute for that.
If you do decide to run clen:
-start at 20 or 40mcg/day, tapering up 20mcg daily. Once the sides become too great, back off 20mcg and stay there.
-decide if you want to run a 2 wk on/2 wk off scheme or just use ketotifen
-dose taurine daily. Most recommend ~3g, but I went with 5g. It's dirt cheap and a nice insurance policy.
-dose potassium daily. I went with 400mg daily. It's dirt cheap and a nice insurance policy.
-watch you heart rate, especially during cardio. It was not an issue for me, but most DO have an increased HR from clen, some to the point of danger.
-maintain a caloric deficit regardless if you're running clen or anything else
