Any usefull methods out there on getting peaked and dry for a show, got a few ways myself, interested to see what others do? Plus diet methods.
I've used carb loading for some of my clients and it's worked wonders...I'm really don't alter the sodium intake much toward the end..
During the last week this was his diet...
Mon, Tues, Wedi- calories constant
30-40 grams carbs
from the remaining calories-
65% protein
35% fat
Thurs, Fri-calories constant
15%protein
70%carb
15%fat
kept water intake normal monday-Tues, and slowly tapered down

Swolecat had a great article in T-mag a little while back about this exact subject with detailed instructions. I'll see if i can find it unless someone else wants to save me the time.
