Working out since age 16 on/off, last 1 year very consistent diet/workouts
6'2", 194lbs, 12%bf, skinny build
Diet is very clean and calculated
Since Jan I cut from ~240lbs 20%+bf to 194lbs. I finished the cut July 31, and began my first cycle on Aug 1st, 2 weeks ago.
Cycle is test cyp 250mg Wed and Sat, Arimidex 0.5mg eod, and avodart 1.5mg daily.
Length of cycle will depend on results since I will finish once I start getting stretch marks, or 12 weeks max.

After my cut I was at about 80-90% of my max strength. My goal this cycle is to stay lean or drop more fat, while regaining my lost str and then some. Not looking to get huge.
I did a lot of research already, but I have a few questions for vets please:
1. I have lost a lot of hair in my early 20s, and I went on avodart 0.5mg daily at age 23. Since then I have not lost any hair at all (8 years). Is 1.5mg daily enough during this cycle, or do I need more if I am prone to hair loss? I hate to take more since that stuff from arr is very nasty and expensive, but I do want to make sure to keep my hair.
2. I use about 2900 calories daily at maintenance. During my cut I was taking in about 2500 and losing weight slowly. What is an optimal goal to gain muscle while not increasing fat? First 2 weeks of cycle I was at 3000/day, now day 14 today going to 3500 daily for 2 weeks, and then will go to 4000 daily. Is this enough? I understand it varies per person, but just trying to get a ballpark. I do believe I have a lot of potential for gains.
3. I am very prone to stretch marks, and I have a lot on my arms already. Based on my past I am guessing that once my arms reach 17.5 inches I will get more. My plan is to reduce calories to 2000 daily once I reach that size or notice any new stretch marks, and finish 2 more weeks of cycle on calorie deficit, then 2 weeks no pins at 3000 calories, then start pct at ~3300. Is this crazy? Either way I will not go over 12 weeks, but I think I will reach my limit a lot sooner.
