Breakfast of Champions: Tales from the oatmeal feast…..

    Wednesday, August 13, 2003

    Meal 1
    6:30 – 1 banana + protein shake (approx 700 cal)
    6:35 – Dbol, vitamins

    Meal 2
    dbol
1 cup (dry) oatmeal, cooked with 2 glasses of skim milk + some sugar, 1 banana, strawberries. 1 glass of skim milk (approx 700 cal)

    9:30 – Holy shit!!!! that’s a lot of oatmeal – I’m not even hungry…..

9:31 – Shoved the first few tbl spoons full with no problem – emptied about ¼….. 3 more attempts like that and it will be done in NO TIME. Need to take a break to think how I’m going to do that….

9:33 – Had 2 more tbl spoons… I’ll have a banana and strawberries for a change, then finish my oatmeal……

    9:37 – Ok, I’m ready now….. No, I’ll wait, first I’ll check what’s in the news….

9:39 – Ok, I’m ready now…. Actually, I’ll check the AR boards to see if anything interested has been posted in the past few minutes…..

9:44 – shoved a few spoons --- my mouth is full of oatmeal and I can’t fucking swallow any of it….. had another glass of milk to wash it down…… I’m half way done…….

9:48 – I’m about to throw up…. Why is it taking so fucking long to chew it?……

10:05 – I took my dog for a walk – now I’m ready to finish my oatmeal – I can’t believe there’s still shit left.

10:15 – done – had to wash down the last spoon with another glass of milk – it sure felt like it was ready to come back out…..

10:20 feels great – looking forward to having my next meal

    meal 3
    12:30 – Dbol
    Protein shake

    Meal 4
    3:30 - Dbol
Raw tuna steak, steamed rice and veggies – (uhhhhhhh – yummy)

LOL - I did cook it this time - but it ended up being a HUGE size meal

(from now on - uncooked only - just grind add milk and drink it)

we have to do what we have to do..... to look good......

In the end --- I'm sure it's worth the trouble.....
