I'm 28 been training since I was 16. Body fat around 15%. I'm 5'9 And 205 pounds.
Diet is pretty clean just finished up the anabolic diet after being on it for six months. Usually eat around 3500-4000 cals a day. Meats, whole grab pastas, lots of fruit and veggies.
Never seem to get where I want. I look fit but not like I have worked and trained since I was a kid. It's what bugs me te most just seem to always stay the same and never get bigger or stronger
