I need some advice, I weigh 115 KG however my body fat percentage has got very high, Im looking for the best steroid with the least effect on the heart, don't fancy chlem, what would be my best way to go? I don't want to lose any muscle but just shred the fat pretty much, around 20% now used to be 12.
