What are your stats? 12 months isn't really that long. You might want to take some more time to build up some mature muscle.
17 kilos is a lot to gain and I would think not possible with one cycle. Also 12 months training isn't enough experience to begin a cycle. But give us your stats and will see how we can help?
I find it very hard to gain, And it kinda depresses me
My stats are 74 kilos started at 63kilos just can't handle bein

Ive been driving for about 12 months and I want to win a grand prix. LOL
God got to love these newbies who think 1 year of training is a long time or long enough to jump into a cycle. Minimum should be 3 ears of 5x a week consistant training with a good diet.
You have another couple years at least of natural growth left if you are over 25 and had a great diet for at least 3 years. You could even had a lot longer of natural growth left but in no way or amount of training can you get near your peak of natural growth in 12 months.

Bro hit the dirt section post your diet with goals and macros.Go to the workout section get on a good routine if nessary.You do all this and you will grow.
