I used to smoke... I still gained but I feel it did hinder my training a great deal. I'd be out of breath after a few sets etc.. Quitting was the best thing i ever did. Have him quit smoking, he'll eat like a horse on his cycle and gain a ton of weight.
There was a really good post about smoking here.....
The point was.... smoking having effect similar to nolva...... try to find it - worth reading it.
PS --- I quit when started my cycle......
I'll have quit for 5 years on aug 26. Best thing i ever did for myself.
I don't think it will hinder gains but surcely his global health, quit smoking is always a wise move to do....
When I gave up puffing ...( 2 years ago ) I actually got a little stronger....Doctor said it had to do with my lungs be able to hold more air and breathe easier....when i mean strength.....modest amounts..nothing compared to "gear"
what do you mean by puff the weed and what did you guys use to help you quit the fags any suggestions welcome as i want to give up be for my lungs do
smoking is rather feminine....babies suck their thumbs and women suck cranks. I heard smoking raises estrogen levels.

i quit smokin durin my 3rd cycle and i culd not stop eatin and therefore my gains piled on more than the first 2. also i felt alot fitter and was able 2 do weights alot better and without bein short of breath, also i was able 2 do alot or runnin which helped me get more cut, so quit smokin and things will jus get better for u
