Anabolic steroids and double lung transplants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had a double lung transplant 2 months ago and i have done stuff in the past, and i want to know if there is anyone knows if there are any side affects to me taking test, deca, anadrol. I do get blood work every week now for the near future because i'm on immunosuppressents to check my liver and i want to also make sure they dont affect the suppressents i take witch are prograf, cellcept and prednisone! Thanks for all your help and can't wait to hear the great feed back!

I really dont need yourself to be a smartass. And talk about stupid were both on a site thats called steroids.com so please bro and the question or move on and dont post!

So being a member of this site make u stupid??? Thats a new 1. Ur ridiculous question will b answered in very short order if put in a little effort & do some homework / research. But u could sav urself some time & think (out loud if u hav 2) "should I b considering a steroid cycle so soon after a major organ transplant & while on so many other meds?" or " I don't honestly believe there is actually an anabolic steroid that has NO side effects, do I?" Questions like this bring out the best in every1, just hope Dec11 or Bonaparte or Songdog dont get ahold of ya, & if they do find u, hope they're in a good / 4giving mood.

As long as you are willing to put me as the main beneficiary of a $500,000.00 life insurance policy or more I would say it's a good idea, otherwise as the others have said your an idiot. Sorry there is no nice way to say it. It's a stupid, foolish idea to consider anything like that. come back in 2 or 3 years after you have been in the gym for 2+ years 5x a week and you feel STRONG, have no side effects from working out and you have researched what side effects your current meds have on you and talked to a doctor or pharmacist in regards to the interactions of what you want to take with what you are taking.

LMAO yes we are both on a site that is called steroids.com , the difference is though that im on here having to deal with dumbass posts liek yours everyday in my quest to learn more and more, and your on here asking prob the most ignorant ****ing question i have come across on here. You know what yes u can run a cycle afetr just having a DOUBLE LUNG TRANSPLANT, only bc we dont need u breeding and dumbing up the human gene pool anymore, and second u should also go sit back with a cigar and enjoy it bc im sure thats good for you too.

**** steroids, I want to know more about this lung transplant of yours! How did that work? Stats and details about yourself and your medical history, please. (I'm in EMS, so I'm interested).

@ Bonaparte;5750715, pre-op my stats were 15% lung function o2 levels were 89-91%, post-op they are 74% lung function and climbing, with 99-100% 02 levels! absolutely no restrictions by Docs! Ans energy is through the roof.

Ok, but why did you need this surgery in the first place? (and don't just say COPD)
    How old are you?
    Medical history?
Know allergies? (that last one was a joke)

PS: there aren't any numbers after my name. That's just a programing glitch that comes up when quoting someone.

Yes women can do squats also.

OP, you need to find another site. This is like looking for automotive advice on a swimming forum.

Ok, here's my opinion as both an AAS user and an EMS worker who deals with morbidity every day: don't chance it.
Someone else died and donated you their lungs. Your insurance company paid hundreds of thousands of dollars so that an amazing surgeon could save your life from a horrible disease. You owe it to society to cherish those lungs. Don't go and add strain to them by using AAS (because gaining weight does add strain to the major systems in your body).
Also: AAS affect your immune response. This can be a positive or negative effect depending on drugs and doses used. You're still at an immense risk for autoimmune rejection of those lungs, which would kill you. I assume you're on a bunch of corticosteriods for immune system suppression? AAS could interfere with those.

You should be dead, but now you have a new lease on life. Don't go and risk ****ing that up over vanity's sake. Just train naturally and take it easy. Your body is in a weakened state and doesn't need the intense strain that an AAS cycle and heavy lifting would put on it.
And besides, being the recipent of a new pair of lungs (which is not a common thing) will score you way more chicks and make you far more interesting in general than an extra 20lbs of muscle ever could, if you figure out how to work that into a conversation

Thanks Bonaparte, thats's some real sh1t rite then. I never ever said I was gonna do them in the first place it was just a q n a that's all just to see if anyone had info on it I hadn't made no decision on it ever. And I actually asked my Dox b4 the surgery if there would be any restrictions post surgery and they said no because I knew I would be going back to the gym and lift again. Bro thanks for your opinon and much respect brother!

To the OP, the answer to your question should have been obvious. Hell No you should not take AAS or any other substance that can alter you body chemistry unless specifically directed by a doctor. To not understand members amazement and disugust at your question really is ignorant. Someone gave their lungs to you and someone did not recieve that set because of you, so to think about jepordizing them through some selfish action like steroid usage is really sad.
