    hello new to forum. need a little guidance

    hello. i am thinking of going on a cycle of test and stacking it with d bol. also this is my 2nd cycle first one was just dbol (gained about 8 lbs of muscle). any way i am 22 about 150 lbs. for a pct i was thinking either clomid or nolva. also i diddnt take a pct on my first cycle so i am unsure how to cycle it. should i take a pct during my cycle and one after? just cautious when it comes to gyno.
    hey guys all info is appreciated.
    Also what kind of results can i expect also what doseage should i consider?

    you're too young and could damage your sexual function for life. you're also way too light for AAS. get in the diet section and learn how to eat

    the point is to gain weight along with muscle. oral d bol was ok i gained bout 8 lbs(initally gained about 18 but only retained 8 of it) it did bulk me up a little i got comments on how i was getting bigger and stuff but i want better results.

    Any help with this?? also why am i 2 light? im not being smart im just asking for knowledge sake

    Well, unless ur between 4'-11" & 5'-4".............ur 2 lite. FYI, D-bol floods u, it makes u LOOK big. And most importantly, ur 2 yung bro, do some research on the Endocrine system.

    because you dont know how to eat right. so you will loose it all again after too.

    i understand that im too young but its not an option i have to get bigger. while on d bol i gained an inch on my bicepts and my chest got noticeably bigger. i am at the point where my metabolism is not allowing me to gain weight naturally. i was on 45 mg of d bol daily. i did one cycle before the one i just mentioned but did not take enough to have good results. now i want to stack my goal is to be 180lb(not on this one cycle alone of course, but long term goal). i just weighed my self 155. my bad on the post even though 5 lbs dosent make a whole lot of difference. if not test the what should i take to BULK!!???? i am pretty set on this and you guys warning me is very much appreciated. i respect your opinions due to the fact im sure your all seasoned vets when it come to gear. but i have to get bigger. i have tried to stuff my face with good carbs and protine but the results are not justifying the action. if you guys could point me in the right direction it would help me out a great deal

    Its obvious, u know nothing bout the human body, let alone ur own body specifically. If u hav ever believed anything, anyone has ever told u...............believe this..........if u eat, u WILL grow / bulk. Post ur diet & goals in the diet sec. & let them help u. Keep ur head up bro, u will b amazed @ wut ur body is capable of!

    So you weighed 142 lbs before your first dbol cycle? OK, you need to ask yourself where does muscle mass come from? It DOES NOT come from a few milliliters of oil or a few pills. It comes from *****. I'm not even going to say it. I just refuse to believe so many people are that fvcking stupid.

    These threads and the people who write them is the reason why AAS HAS to be illegal. This guy shouldn't be allowed to buy a vacuum cleaner hose because he would invariably hook it up to his exhaust pipe and breath off it in an attempt to gain muscle.

    This here is not uneducated or misinformed, this is a total lack of capacity for rudimentary thought. My Jack Russell terrier has more cognitive ability!!!!

    so you think a few pills and a couple ounces of oil can turn into 30lbs? What do you think that 30lbs needs to be made of? food. I guarantee you eat nothing even though u think you stuff your face.

    Ok i give up. Thanks for raggin on me bro that helped. I guess im as dumb as a dog now cuz im just a skinny kid who wanted to get bigger so i can do better in judo comp. Srry i asked iv done them b4 and so has a lot of my friends my age thats why i asked. Btw the juice makes me eat more as well. Prob where the added weight came frome. But i train hard. Its just tough when u work your balls off and dont get the results u want . I mean in super cut but still super thin. Used to run 5 miles a day and even stopped that to stop burning precious calories. Ugh any way im sry i asked

    Sorry about earlier, but the answer is food. The answer has always been food. The only answer to this problem is food. Nothing else will work. Eating is just exactly like training. At first you can't eat near enough and it's hard. You have to force it in. Just like those last reps. And just like those last reps, it's the part at the very end, when you just can't seem to get any more in...and then you do, that you'll begin to gain weight. Just like the gym, there is no quick fix. This industry gets rich on pre workout crap, stimulants explodopumps, nitric oxides etc. What makes you stronger is the will power to break through the pain and discomfort and the determination to force your body to do what it is rebelling against with every fiber. To do this repeatedly, religiously and constantly regardless of pain, obstacles, and the feeling of impending failure is what will make you bigger. Your lucky in a way dude. You don't have to cut first, you don't have a body fat problem, your starting from the starting line. Now go to the fvcking store, buy 10 lbs of chicken breasts and 10 lbs of brown rice, cook that stuff and make up your mind your going to eat a cup of brown rice and 2 chicken breasts every three hours till they are gone!!!! (Don't forget the leafy green veg). Train like there's no tomorrow, go to bed!!! Then REPEAT!!!!!

    ok i will try 2 eat like you said i will post up progress as i go along if you guys still want 2 help me out. also is a mass gainer shak a good idea as well? im guessin it is for added protine and cals

    i already asked you. Why dont u post what you eat for a typical day.
    Maybe steroids do help you eat a little more as you say. so what happens when you stop the steroids and go back to eating too little? Do you think you will keep the weight you gained?

    6ft about 155 i fluxuate.

    its hard to have a regular diet but ill try to give you a rundown . iv been eating mostly pastas with chicken . approximately 6 cups of pasta or so with a chicken breast about 5 maybe 6 times a day reason for the pasta is the high calories. im sure theres better foods out there any pointers are appreciated . veggies usually a salad thrown in the mix with one of the meals

    thanks guys from keeping me from making a mistake earlier. im just so f@ckin driven to get gains

    This is BS. Putting on weight in your case isn't really going to help you in judo competitions. First of all, the art of judo is in diverting your opponent's strength rather than muscling him down. Second, if you got up to your goal of 180lbs, you'll be midway in the next weight class where they're be physically more powerful.

    If you want better results and this will not just help you out with putting mass on, but also with your sport, then learn to build a proper and exact diet. "My diet is good" doesn't cut it. You need to use a pen and paper and write out everything. It also will help you save money grocery shopping because you'll have a list of what you want for the week.

    And a salad doesn't cut it as veggies. You need carrots, corn, green beans, broccoli, etc in good portions. And just saying "oh this is high calories" isn't building a diet. You need to first know how much your body needs to maintain it's current weight, then from there you can alter it to reach your goals. but you need quantifiable numbers.

    6 ft 155 lbs.

    your diet is not good. and obviously you dont know how to use if thats your weight after a cycle. read up and actually lift/eat for about 3 years and then cycle.
