If you think your low T then go to the doc to get blood work done , Then you will no .. TRT is for life
^^ what he said!
HGH is something to be VERY careful with. I was looking into it myself and all the benefits sound good, but if there is any cancer in your history, it can cause growth of those cells. What your friend is describing is the benefits it has as far as losing fat, putting on mass... all the EASY ways to get what everyone wants with little work. Lifting isn't work for those of us who love it, so I while it's hard I don't consider it hard work. Most of us are in the same boat when it comes to sitting on a bike, or elliptical or whatever for hours a week doing cardio and burning fat and that is the "this sucks" boat.
HGH has shown a lot of promise but it is NOT a substance that should be taken lightly and I do stress that. At the dosages for benefits that you are talking about will cause organs to grow, your hands and feet will grow, your facial structure can greatly change to giant proportions.
On top of all of that... it's extremely expensive. Even the less expensive brands are expensive. Unless you have blood work that shows you are low on your IGF-1 I STRONGLY suggest you steer clear from HGH. The "fountain of youth" as it is sometimes called, comes at a price, as does everything.
If you are set on taking anything that isn't quite as expensive, then look into Anavar in shorter cycles as it's mass building is slower, but mass is more easily kept, and it's fat burning abilites are very good, especially with a good diet and exercise program you can lose some say as much as 10% bf during a cycle and the best parts are that it seems to target the abdominal region more than other diets or pills. It's liver toxic and so it must be taken in as low of a dose as possible while keeping an eye on liver function. Milk thistle should be added as well to aid in the protection of the liver. I am looking into it myself and since it's an oral steroid, if side effects seem to be more than I can handle it has a half life of about 8 hours or so.
Anyway... remember if your test levels are normal, or if they are, but you experience some of the symptoms of low test, then go to your doctor as ask to be referred to an endocrinologist so that they can properly assess your situation. Don't be another meathead who gets on this stuff just for the sake of getting on it.
