Bf unknown but not very high because i tend to keep lean
Training for about 6 years
5 cycles under my belt currently on the 6th
My current cycle is 1g of test e/week, but i want to switch to some prop and tren a 50mg ED each as soon as i get my gear.
I would like some opinions regarding my diet. I would like to add from the beggining that i use a special type of homemade chocolate just for the calories.
Meal 1: 250g tuna + 1 chocolate(100grams- 7,7p 66c 22f)
Meal 2: 200g of beef steak
Meal 3: post workout shake 50g of protein whey isolate + 1 chocolate
Meal4: 250g tuna + tomatoe juice
Meal5: either some pasta with 300-400g of canned meat or beans with saussage
Meal6: 130g tuna and 1 chocolate
I am looking for a lean bulk. I dont do cardio at the moment. I was hoping on the tren a i'll get soon to shed some fat off of me with some mild cardio in order to keep leaner. I could use some sugestions here also.
