He also went on to say that being that you maintained a high calorie diet of 6-8 meals a day, gains made from the cycle could be maintained for the most part. I am not necessarily disagreeing with the opinions of the experienced members such as "The Bear 79", but I am just slightly confused as to why there is sometimes mixed views on the subject. I personally am 22 years old and would like to do a cycle at some point in my life but I don't know when to do so yet. I have personally seen friends and acquaintances try a cycle and they gained a good 20 lbs without noticing any side effects. My question is... do the more experienced members try to talk the younger guys out of cycles because they will get amazing results (being that proper nutrition is in place) and then get hooked and do many, many cycles which then in return will be hard on their body? What if someone was disciplined enough to just do one cycle to get a bit of an edge? However, i will probably wait until I am 24-25 as that seems to be the consensus around here. Again, this post was not meant to offend anyone, more so just trying to understand things a little bit better. Thanks.
ill say this, anyone that gaines 20 lbs on a cycle had no buissness touching aas....those that approche this responsibly spend years building up a solid base of muscle from which to build on wich includes learning how to diet for you specific goals...it seems all you young guys just want to jump on the aas bandwagon before doing any of this and thats why they see "amazing" gains cus they barely looked like they steped in a gym so any muscle thats gained would seem "amazing"...the problem is that if you dont know how to eat to keep those gains(which most kids dont) they soon lose it after they stop there cycle...hence why most peeps never cycle only once...
