thats all i needed was one word, i dont like to be "praised" (so to speak) on how "good"i look; not saying that you would do that; but you know as well as i do we will always find flaws in our physique and thats why i turn to you, you give it to me stright and tell me what i need to work on and what needs to improve; THOSE are the motivational words more people need to hear now days. everyone is do caught up in "feeling good" about themselves, what ever happened to 'deprivation is key to appreciation'? everybody has gone soft (physically and mentally)
