Hello all. As I already introduced myself in the new male members section. I am considering running my first cycle for various reasons which are
1. I feel as if my genetic potential is reached if not very close (further explained farther down)
2. I turned down a cycle that I actually purchased when i was 19 and looked on here before (thankfully) which steered me put down the vial, pick up the computer like you all preach and further educated myself for 3 years on eating, bulking/cutting, and of course...gear until I felt the time was right.
Now I feel as if I am ready for you all to assess me in a "putting yourself in my shoes" type of manner.
I will give you all that i've seen that is needed for this and more.
STATS:
Age: 22 (I am already aware this is a little young but stick with me)
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 180 pounds
Bodyfat: ~10%
Here is me when I was 12.5% BF a couple months ago..

Experience: 4 years with no more than a week break, 6 years total experience
Diet experience/discipline: I have done strict dieting for the past ~1.5-2 years which entails strict meals (actual food, weight, etc) and strict timing as much as my college classes permit.
Here is a sample of my daily diet right now...Its for natural bodybuilding so yes its going to be less calories, protein and carbs than would be if I were cycling.
7:00am
1 scoop whey protein shake with milk to bumpstart metabolism and feed muscles ASAP
8:00am
2 whole eggs, 6 whites
1 cup whole oats
10am
1 can tuna in water
protein bar
12am
10oz flank steak
Medium yam
Greek yogurt
3pm -preworkout meal
2peices whole grain bread
turkey
3 fig newtons
5:30pm
post workout weight gainer shake
6:30pm postworkout meal
10oz chicken breast
2 cups brown long grain rice
8:30pm
Tuna or Chicken breast
10pm
2 scoops casein
*1.5-2 gallons of water per day
So here is the bottom line...I had blood work done and my readings came back that I only had 394 on a average scale of 249-836. I feel this is low for a 22 year old and I know a lot of guys preach my level should be outrageous at this age naturally. That being said along with a couple other factors I feel as if I have rationed the best I can naturally and I want to consider a cycle. I feel like lifting, and hardcore dieting is pissing in the wind with lousy T levels like that...I feel like I could be a lot better off with a cycle.
What do you guys think? Please no flaming!![]()
