As we all know, diet is key to everything! I prefer to keep carbs high and protein @ at least 250 per day. Yes, some of them come from Burger King and Skyline Chili, but it works pretty good as i work like a bitch in the gym! I just like working out and getting strong. I refuse to work out like a mad man and deny myself treats! And it works both ways...First, i know i'm going to eat like shit. More motivation for my next workout! And if i need to shed a few lbs, just leave out the french fries and increase cardio. It's really not that hard if you know your body and what it takes to cut/gain. I know it takes time...But once you figure it out, life's easy!
That being said, my wife went to Max and Erma's tonight w/the kids. She brought me a Garbage Burger w/ a bunch of fries!
I'll be eating that in just a few!
