Fasted cardio / rain / cold / morning

Peeps how the hell do some of you drag ya arse out of bed in the morning to do cardio????

I'm struggling with it big time, alarm goes of at 5 am and I just can't seem to get up. Back when it was summer I had no problem but now it's cold, dark, and wet I just can't do it.

    Need to MAN UP!!!!

Ya, it takes a minute to get used to. I have cold weather gear for running but will hit the gym treadmill if it's raining. The toughest part I'm having is I'm cycling off caffeine for a month so it's even harder without that morning kick. Just get your ass out there and do it, you'll be glad after you did it. I feel like shit if a skip it and come down hard on myself as well.

    Good Luck!

Stop being a ***** and just do it. It is that simple. If you are not moving towards your goals you are moving away from them. Every morning you don't execute your plan you are moving further further away form your goals.

Set 10 different alarms on your cell phone 30 seconds apart. Leave it 10 feet away. By the time you get up 10 times and walk to your phone you'll be so pissed off you'll want to run just to get the aggression out. lol

It definitely is not an easy thing, that's for sure. You get used to it though. Keep pushing at it and it will come naturally. I was always a late sleeper. I had to start getting up at 5 am every morning for baseball workouts. Sometimes, I had to be up at 4 am. Doing it so many times, it has gotten to a point now where if I have nothing to do the next morning, I still manage to get up at around 7 am. I am up and ready, yet have nothing planned LOL

It will become second nature eventually, but meanwhile, the cold damp weather does not help your cause haha

Do you have anybody you can workout with. It gives you a bit more motivation if you know you'll be standing someone up if you miss...same goes for them. It keeps everyone accountable.
